Art Gallery

Midtown Art Center Galleries offer rotating art exhibitions showcasing the work of local and rising artists. Currently Midtown's Galleries house the Notorious Artist Guild (N.A.G.) offering film festivals, photo exhibits, and a variety of exhibitions such as the Asian Pacific Heritage Month and the Scary Art Exhibit. Dance Program  

Midtown Art Center's Saturday Dance Classes for youth (ages 5 - 17) offer Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Praise Dance, Hip Hop, and Master Classes. Classes are as follows 10 - 11am (ages 5 - 8), 11 - 12pm (ages 9 - 14). Only $50 per month!! Students will participate in annual Summer and Winter Recitals and will need a black leotard and  pink tights (girls), black sweat pants and white t-shirt (boys), pink ballet shoes (girls), white ballet shoes (boys), black jazz shoes, black tap shoes, and an optional ballet skirt and jazz pants for class.  Praise Dance Classes are offered free of charge for both adults and youth on 1st and 3rd Saturday's and Monday's. Everyone is welcome. Praise Dance Class times are as follows: 1st and 3rd Saturday's 1 - 2pm (ages 5-11), 2 - 3 (ages 12 - 17), 1st and 3rd Monday's (adult Praise Dance class). Repertory Theatre

Midtown's Repertory Theatre provides a season of plays, Children's Theatre, workshops, seminars, musicals, and other theatrical presentations from rising, groundbreaking theatre companies such as Nasir Productions Inc., Shadow Mountain Productions, Fan Factory Theatre, B.A.C.E Productions, and Theatre Illuminata. Summer Arts Program

Midtown's Summer Arts Program is a 6 week long educational and fun day camp exposing students to  Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, African dance, Acting, Oratory, and Improvisational Theatre classes, and Painting, Drawing, and Photography. The program ends in a Summer Showing displaying the kids' talents and exhibiting their artwork. Only 3 payments of $125. For more detailed information on the Summer Arts Program click here.
